Food, Faith & Fellowship

You were never meant to stay in the cocoon.

Christian weight loss coaching for women who are tired of starting over. Led by a registered dietitian and certified life coach, rooted in Scripture, built on grace instead of shame.

If this is you

Hey sis,

You already know what to eat.
That was never the problem.

You have counted the macros. You have done the 21-day thing. You have prayed about it at 11pm and started again on Monday more times than you can count.

And somewhere along the way it stopped being about your body at all. It became about whether you can be trusted to finish something. Whether God is disappointed. Whether this is just who you are now.

It is not who you are. It is where you are. Those are different things, and the second one can change.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here."

2 Corinthians 5:17

A caterpillar does not diet its way into a butterfly. It is remade. That is not a metaphor I invented to sell you something. It is the actual pattern of how God works, and it is the pattern we follow here.

The three that hold

Food. Faith. Fellowship.

Most programs give you one. That is exactly why they stop working in week six.

Food

Real nutrition from a registered dietitian. No elimination lists, no moralising about sugar, no plan that collapses the first week your schedule does. Food you can actually feed your family.

Faith

The part every secular program leaves out. We deal with the shame, the all-or-nothing thinking, and the identity underneath the habit. Change that is rooted holds when motivation runs out.

Fellowship

You are not doing this alone at 11pm with a tracking app. Women who understand, walking the same road, who will notice when you go quiet.

A glowing chrysalis
Sis, this part is the work.

Nobody posts
the chrysalis.

Everyone shares the before and the after. The middle is where women quit, because from the outside it looks like nothing is happening.

Inside that shell the caterpillar is not growing wings. It is dissolving almost completely, and being rebuilt from the parts. That is not a setback. That is the process working exactly as designed.

How the change happens

Three stages, in order

You cannot skip to the wings. Every woman who has done this went through all three.

1

The honest look

We start with what is actually happening. Not what you think you should be doing. Your real week, your real hunger, your real relationship with food and with your body. No judgement lives in this room.

2

The hidden work

The chrysalis stage, and the one nobody posts about. This is where the old patterns come apart and new ones are built underneath, before anything shows on the outside. It is uncomfortable and it is the part that matters.

3

The life that holds

Not a finish line. A way of eating, thinking and walking with God that does not need to be white-knuckled. You stop starting over, because there is nothing left to start over from.

Why this is different

A dietitian and a coach.
Most people are one.

A registered dietitian can tell you what to eat. A life coach can help you understand why you do not. Naomi is credentialed in both, which means you are not stitching together advice from two people who never speak to each other.

And because she shares your faith, you never have to translate. The part of this that is spiritual gets treated as real, not as a nice extra.
